Health Care on Campus
AT HALL HEALTH CENTER, we provide exceptional medical and mental health care to our diverse student body as well as established non-student patients. Through all of our services, we work to promote lifelong well-being, achievement, and resilience.
Our Services Include:
- Primary Care, including same-day services, depending on availability
- Nurse advice by phone (students and established patients) or in-person with an appointment (students only)
- Specialty care, including the OB/GYN Clinic, Travel Medicine, and Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine)
- Immunizations
- Lab and Radiology
- COVID testing, both nasal swab (PCR) and blood (antibody) – strict criteria may be in place depending on testing resources
- Free supplies for current students like safer sex supplies, Narcan, and fentanyl test strips in Room 101.
- Rubenstein Pharmacy at Hall Health
Hall Health offers a wide range of medical services in person, by phone, and via telemedicine. All visits are by appointment only (except our Pharmacy). Our physicians and nurse practitioners are board-certified and our mental health care providers are licensed and experienced in supporting students. We’re closely associated with UW Medicine. Hall Health Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

• MASKING STRONGLY ENCOURAGED: Hall Health Center strongly encourages all patients, visitors, and families to wear masks while in clinical spaces. All Hall Health Center medical personnel are required to wear masks in all patient care areas.
• UPDATE REGARDING PEDIATRIC CARE AT HALL HEALTH: As of October 15, 2023, Hall Health no longer provides care for children younger than 14 years old. If you are unable to obtain care for your child after October 15, please reach out to us by calling 206-616-2495 or sending us a message through MyChart. • HOLIDAY CLOSURES FOR: Following the UW Holiday Calendar, Hall Health will be closed on May 27th for Memorial Day and June 19th for Juneteenth.
• PARKING & ACCESS ALERT: Construction projects may impact some parking and access to Hall Health in coming weeks. Feel free to call us with questions. You may also refer to our Directions & Parking page and to consult UW’s Parking Calendar. Thank you for your patience.
• NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW NON-STUDENT PATIENTS: Due to effects of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we regret we are not currently able to accept most new non-student patients. Exceptions include: Travel patients; OB/GYN referrals; Physical Therapy referrals; and some immediate family members of currently enrolled UW students. Any updates will appear here on our home page.
• BICYCLE GEAR: As of 2023, Hall Health Center does not provide bicycle safety equipment. Bicycle equipment is available for sale at the ASUW Bike Shop located in the HUB and for rent through the U Bike program.
